Government guidelines on social distancing, stopping non-essential travel and the current UK lockdown, mean that while our hotels are still operational, we are temporarily unable to welcome guests.
We look forward to the hotels welcoming customers back through the doors as soon as the government deems it safe to do so. We will update customers with bookings personally, and announce any changes on the website and social media.
In the meantime, you are still able to book your next holiday, short break or conference for later in 2020, or into 2021.

Your upcoming booking
We are working to contact all customers who have a booking between March and June, to see if they wish to postpone their stay, holiday or event. We want to assure you that we will work with you to find a mutually agreeable alternative date, later in 2020 or into 2021, when your stay, holiday or event can safely take place. If you are unable to confirm a change of date at present, we will credit your account and transfer your deposit plus any other monies already paid when you are able to confirm a new date.
*We are awaiting the next government update on 7th May before considering whether any changes are required to this policy regarding upcoming bookings.
